Alwan for the Arts is a 501(c)3, not for profit organization dedicated to the promotion of Middle Eastern, North African, and South Asian arts and culture. Alwan for the Arts serves these heritage communities and educates the broader public by showcasing a range of cultural events thereby enriching the cross- cultural and artistic encounter. Alwan features film screenings, concerts, book talks, lectures, and music and language classes.
