Nick's career began as a child with a stage debut for the Royal Shakespeare Company in Romeo and Juliet, playing Sean Connery's son in the cult science fiction film Outland, and appearing in many television programmes including Barlow, Anna Karenina, Enemy at the Door, and Goodbye Mr Chips.
