Since the summer of 2002, Scott has been working independently as a composer and has been running his own music production company, Salinas Music. Recent film credits include: for Turner Classic Movies and MGM, the 74 minute orchestral score to the silent film classic, Laugh, Clown, Laugh – the Latin/Hip-Hop score to the Los Angeles based action feature, Latin Dragon, starring Gary Busey and Lorenzo Lamas
