August 14th, 2004 will mark the inaugural Blackout Film Festival celebrating the enthusiasm, excitement and creative energy inspired by last year's power outage. All entries must be submitted on digital format and center around or have been inspired by the events of August 14th, 2003. Films must be no longer than ten minutes in length. All entries must be received by August 1st, 2004. More information can be found at http://www.blackoutfilmfest.com
