Our primary mission is to develop television entertainment and distribute TV programming. The company started in March 1995 as BKS/Bates Entertainment a joint venture of Bates USA, the U.S. advertising agency of Bates Worldwide, and its founding principals who have a wealth of experience in television distribution, marketing and programming: Robert I. Silberberg, and Leonard V. Koch.
