The Brooklyn International Film Festival (BIFF), formerly known as Williamsburg Brooklyn Film Festival (WBFF), is an International, competitive festival for and by independent film makers. BIFF mission is to discover, expose, and promote independent film makers while drawing worldwide attention to Brooklyn. BIFF, inc. is a not-for-profit organization currently operating under the umbrella of the Brooklyn Economic Development Corporation.
