The Film and Video Society is a student run organization that has been in existence for nearly eleven years. The Society has played a large role in the student body and in the department of Film and Media throughout its existence. In the past, the Society has hosted screenings of rarely seen films.

The Shallow Waste-Bin Project

We plan on starting from the ground up, initially working on no-budget 1-2 minute productions shot and edited on DV, hopefully moving up to shoestring-budget 10-15 minute productions shot on 16mm, and extemely hopefully eventually tackling a credit-busting $10,000 El Mariachi-style indie feature.
