I have been doing storyboards for over 20 years....some of the places i've worked for are THE WEINSTEIN COMPANY,SAATCHI AND SAATCHI,CAMPBELL MITHUN,BBDO,LOWE AND PARTNERS,MARVEL COMICS,ETC...some of the biggest movie studios and ad agencies in the world....i consider comics and storyboards to be related, sort of like cousins....because you are telling stories with pictures, and even though there are no word balloons (with storyboards) you have to communicate with gestures and body language....when i was in college at s.v.a....3 of my 4 years there was spent with WILL EISNER who stressed clear storytelling...he was by far my most influential teacher in college....
