An Intensive 2-day HANDS-ON WORKSHOP for filmmakers who wants to improve and expand their techniques in CAMERA & LIGHTING. The instructor, Eric Lau, is a graduate of the prestigious NYU Tisch School of the Arts MFA program and is a working professional in the industry for over 35 years. He has previously collaborated with the likes of Ang Lee, Spike Lee and Joel Schumacher. As in our past workshops, we emphasize HANDS-ON PRACTICES over textbooks to achieve Fast, Simple and Effective camera and lighting techniques without a big budget or crew. We teach easy-to-learn and practical to-use filmmaking techniques and make a complete film without a big budget or crew in four days!

Two full weeks of INTENSIVE, HANDS-ON TRAINING to sharpen all aspects of your filmmaking techniques, and master your storytelling skills. Participants will learn the practical and creative elements from conception of a screenplay, to directing, shooting and the final edit, culminating in a complete film. The instructor, Eric Lau, is a graduate of the prestigious NYU Tisch School of the Arts MFA Program, and has been a working professional in the industry for more than 35 years. He has collaborated with the likes of Spike Lee, Ang Lee and Joel Schumacher. Our philosophy is to DEMYSTIFY FILMMAKING process. We teach Easy to Learn, Practical to Use Filmmaking techniques that are Simple, Effective and Inexpensive.
