The MAIN ROOM accommodates up to 1200 people for any type of reception & features a full service bar, a custom sound system suitable for DJs or Live Acts, & drop-down projection screens for visual presentations or atmosphere.
THE ATRIUM, the venue's second floor holds up to 550 guests for receptions, has a separate full service bar & 2 large bathrooms.
PACHITA, is an elegant space for 400 people that can operate independently or in conjunction with the rest of the nightclub. It has a separate discrete entrance, an Elevator that whisks you upstairs, a full service bar as well as its own DJ booth & sound system. The intimate setting features Moroccan style vaulted ceilings & plush seating with interchangeable layouts.
The club's lower level features a large capacity coat check facility, a merchandise store & bathrooms. Entrances & elevators are available on both sides of the building.

South Studio: 3,500 Square ft. Penthouse Loft, 250 Square ft. Elevated Stage
1,000 Square ft. Terrace , Twelve 9 ft. x 4 ft. Windows
North Studio:
1,200 Square ft. with an elevated lounge area
1,500 sq. ft. outdoor terrace with views of the Hudson and midtown skyline
The North Studio is available for rent as a production office as well as a shoot location.

The Screening Room, a technologically sophisticated 70 seat private theater with red plush velour seats, equipped with built-in desks, is conveniently located two floors below the lobby. Stylishly designed by David Chipperfield, this space is perfect for movie screenings, premieres or business meetings.
We are equipped with 2 cinemeccanica V.5 Studio Film Projectors; 1.85:1 and 2.39:1 formats supported.

The Green Building

The Green Building is an elegant multi-use space located in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood
of Brooklyn, New York. Previously a brass foundry, The Green Building has been transformed into a unique raw space featuring original brick walls, soaring exposed beam ceilings with gorgeous chandeliers, and newly renovated restroom and food-staging facilities.
Our large, open floor plan (4,000 square feet) allows you the ultimate creativity, and we pride
