Blackout Film Festival - Call For Entries

August 14th, 2004 will mark the inaugural Blackout Film Festival celebrating the enthusiasm, excitement and creative energy inspired by last year's power outage. All entries must be submitted on digital format and center around or have been inspired by the events of August 14th, 2003. Films must be no longer than ten minutes in length. NYC boy, Wolf Wigo, has a dream to be on the US Olympic water polo team, overcomes geographical and physical obstacles until through training and determination achieves his goal 10 years later. The film shows exciting action above and below the water illustrating just how tough this sport is, and features the current 2004 Olympic team heading to Athens in August.
